Cancellation Policy

Please give 4 hours minimum notice for all cancellations, if cancelling within the 4 hour time frame you are subject to pay a 50% service charge. If you are arriving late to appointment notify me as soon as possible, if there is not enough time to proceed with a service you will be subject to the service charge. Zero tolerance for no call, no show appointments. If your card is declined you are required to pay the service fee prior to rebooking. Repeat no shows and short notice cancellations may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit for any future services. If you have a package you may forfeit a service in the event of a no show.
